As a Junior Product Manager, I work with a great team to develop new products for our private label brand. From the initial idea to market launch, I have a wide range of tasks, including identifying product opportunities, sourcing manufacturers and developing sales strategies. This varied role brings me into contact with different teams such as marketing, logistics, regulatory affairs and our legal department, which makes my work exciting and varied. Bringing ideas to life and developing products that offer real added value to customers is a unique opportunity that I am privileged to experience as part of the #apoTeam.

I have been part of the apo.com Group since 2013 and ensure that our contact channels run smoothly every day. As Head of Customer Service, I am closely involved with our customers’ questions and requests and coordinate our service team. I enjoy organising workshops, developing our service standards and offering new services. I also regularly liaise with other departments to ensure that our customers’ feedback is implemented directly.

As a supply chain manager, I ensure that the flow of goods and storage run smoothly. My role as a trainer is particularly important to me. I have been with the apo.com Group for eight years – from my start in logistics to my position as manager, I have gained a wealth of knowledge that I am now happy to pass on. I enjoy promoting young talent, inspiring them to take an interest in logistics, and offering them real prospects. I really appreciate the variety of tasks and the opportunity to work with different teams.

As Head of Business Development (Rx), I work closely with telemedicine partners, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and digital health platforms. My goal is to design complete patient journeys in the field of digital health and create innovative end-to-end offerings – from initial contact to the prescription arriving at our pharmacy. One of the most exciting aspects of my job is the opportunity to help shape innovations and develop solutions that truly support patients. I am a pharmacist and have been part of the apo.com Group since 2022.

Franziska Suhayda
Head of Business Development (Rx)

After completing my dual degree in economics, I joined the apo.com Group in 2016 as a project manager. Now, as a manager for operational engineering, I ensure that our highly automated logistics facilities in Leipzig and Duiven run smoothly. I coordinate maintenance and repair work, supervise construction projects and optimise logistics processes. The personal interaction with our business partners in the logistics industry makes my work particularly varied.
