Laura’s daily tasks include close contact with the manufacturers of the products we offer in our online pharmacies. She negotiates joint marketing measures with them and coordinates their implementation with our internal department. She also writes media plans, controls marketing budgets and advises manufacturers on advertising formats. Laura joined the apo.com Group in 2020 after completing her studies in book and media management.

As an experienced pharmaceutical technical assistant, Tobias has a very varied range of tasks: He advises our customers on their medication needs and on all matters relating to their health. He also checks incoming prescription orders, works on strategic issues relating to e-prescription and is responsible for customs issues. In addition to his PTA training, Tobias is a certified business administrator and specialist in health and social services. He moved to the online sector over 10 years ago and joined the apo.com Group in 2019.

Anke has been part of the apo.com Group since 2013 and makes sure that our contact channels work perfectly every day. As Head of Customer Service, she is close to the questions and wishes of our online pharmacy customers. She coordinates our service team and organizes workshops to further improve our service standards and offer new services. Anke also coordinates with other departments on a daily basis to put customer feedback into practice.

Our Technical Manager makes a major contribution to ensuring that the highly automated logistics facilities in Leipzig and Duiven run smoothly. He coordinates maintenance and repair work, oversees construction projects, optimizes logistics processes, and maintains an exchange with our business partners in the logistics industry. Friedrich successfully completed a dual degree in economics in 2016 and joined the apo.com Group as a project manager shortly afterwards.
