Professions at the apo.com Group
Your future colleagues introduce themselves

As an experienced pharmaceutical technician, Tobias carries out a wide range of different tasks. He advises customers on their medication needs and any other health-related matters. He also checks incoming prescription orders, works on strategic topics relating to e-prescriptions and is responsible for customs issues. In addition to his training as a pharmaceutical technician, Tobias is a certified specialist in health and social care. He moved into the online sector more than ten years ago and joined the apo.com Group in 2019.

Laura’s day-to-day responsibilities include close contact with the manufacturers of the products we offer in our online pharmacies. She negotiates joint marketing initiatives with them and coordinates their implementation with our internal marketing department. She also draws up media plans, manages the marketing budget and advises manufacturers of advertising formats. Laura joined the apo.com Group in 2020 after completing her degree in publishing and media studies.

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Philipp joined the apo.com Group in 2021. During his studies, he gained experience as a working student in the area of service and security management. As part of the IT Security team, Philipp is now responsible for the conception and implementation of security guidelines at our locations. Philipp finds the topic of security awareness and the security penetration tests, in which he checks the security of our network and software system together with our Information Security Officer, particularly exciting.

Our Technical Manager plays a key role in ensuring that our highly-automated logistics facilities in Leipzig and Duiven operate seamlessly. He coordinates servicing and maintenance work, supervises construction projects, optimises logistics processes and keeps in regular contact with our business partners in the logistics sector. Friedrich successfully completed a dual work/study program in economics in 2016 and joined the apo.com Group as a project manager shortly afterwards.

Anke has been part of the apo.com Group since 2013 and ensures that our contact channels run smoothly. As the Head of Customer Service, she closely monitors the questions and requests submitted by our online pharmacy customers. She coordinates our service team and organizes workshops to continuously improve our service standards and introduce new services. Anke also remains in daily contact with other departments to ensure that customer feedback can be put into practice.
