Our corporate culture
Diversity is the key to success

Our corporate culture is characterised by openness, collegiality and respect. We value the diverse array of individual attributes, talents and skills that our employees bring to our company.

We are convinced that diverse teams are better at solving complex challenges and understanding the different needs of our customers. That’s why we consider diversity to be a key factor in our company’s success.

Factors such as background, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation and identity, disability, religion and ideology are irrelevant when hiring new employees. All that matters is their skills and abilities. Another important consideration for any diverse workplace is to strike a fair balance between men and women, both in leadership positions and across the company as a whole. At present, 48.5 percent of all of the Group’s employees are female. The average age of our employees is 38.

Training and continuing professional development

We are inspired by our employees and their potential. That’s why we give all of our staff opportunities to develop their skills and strike out in new directions within our company.
