A new normal for people with chronic diseases
Health is our greatest gift, but for many, a largely healthy life is not a matter of course. Around half of the people in Germany live with a chronic illness – a reality that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Visits to the doctor, therapies and the constant search for information often determine their lives. This is precisely where the apo.com Group steps in with its health platform apo.com, which supports chronically ill people on their journey to better health and quality of life.
Our goal: to give people back control over their lives and create an awareness that being sick is part of life. With the #chronischMensch campaign, we are advocating for a new normal in which chronic diseases are destigmatized and patients better understand their illness, manage symptoms independently, and receive support around the clock – whether at home or on the go.
